A love letter to the summers that stitched themselves into us. Surfboards stacked, snorkels drying, hibiscus’s seeing all. Paths that led to the boat shed, the brew house, the beach and more. The places we moved between without thinking. This piece is about growing up inside a place that etched its way into your heart, where every turn held a story and summer always knew the way.

A nod to the walls of our coast house and the water that quietly raised us. The old posters of Australian fish, days spent snorkelling the cove, drifting through the sea until the tide told us it was time to come home. Raised as saltwater kids, bare feet, sunburnt noses, salt permanently in our hair. Those waters watched us grow, from babies splashing to adults who still return, searching for the same calm. This piece holds that truth gently, that some places teach you what matters most.
